Sponsorships for Event

Mission: restock local food banks [food stays in local area] while bridging martial arts styles in a shared goal. We expect local media coverage on television, magazines, newspapers and websites. Last year Channel 6 [WKMG] gave us extended coverage.

Major Sponsor: Cost:  100  T-Shirts for volunteers and contestants with your logo. Only one major sponsor: “Your Name” Presents Martial Artists Fighting Hunger on all event information.

Top name on all media:  posters, websites, newsletters, PSA ads for TV and radio, PA announcement during event, and on each number posted on each contestant. May hang banner inside venue. Vendor tables available for your use.

Key Sponsors: Cost: $50.00

Key sponsors listed together at top of header under exclusive sponsor on all promotional materials: event program, posters, flyers, website, newsletters, signage on interior of venue at event, vendor tables (2 table set-up). May hang banner inside venue.

Sponsor: Cost: $25.00

Sponsors listed together in smaller font under Exclusive Sponsor and Key Sponsors on all promotional materials (top bar): posters, flyers, website, newsletters, signage on interior of venue at event, vendor tables (1 table setup) listed in event program; article written up about your business in one of the newsletter issues. May hang banner inside venue.

Sponsor in-Kind Cost: Services rendered. May hang banner inside venue.

Supporters: Cost $10.00 Supporters may hang up to a 3’ X 5” banner inside venue

Martial Art School Sponsor  Cost:  take part in event as judges, volunteer helpers, students as contestants; circulate newsletter and promote event throughout your martial art community.

All participating schools listed on side bar or bottom bar of most media material, including posters, website, newsletter, the event program (handed out to all attendees.) May hang banner inside venue.
